Here at Scott Will Mazda, we want everyone to be able to get behind the wheel of their favorite Mazda. With that said, we are offering the Mazda Mobility Program Cash Bonus. To make the cost of a new vehicle more affordable for handicapped and disabled drivers, our Sumter, SC, Mazda dealership is offering a $1,000 cash reimbursement that can be used toward the purchase and installation of mobility assistance equipment or adaptive driving aids.

Eligible Customers



This program is only eligible for only the original owner of the vehicle. Additionally, all new and unused 2014, 2015, 2016.5 and 2017 Mazda vehicles are eligible.

Proof of Eligibility



This program is not eligible for Autopay, as additional documents are required. The following documents must be submitted to Mazda Program Headquarters for claim redemption:

  • A legible copy from an authorized Mazda Dealer of a signed bill of sale or lease agreement for a new, unused Mazda vehicle
  • A copy of the current registration or title
  • A copy of the purchaser's current driver's license
  • A copy of the Mobility Assistance Claim Form
  • A legible copy of the paid invoice(s) for the adaptive driving aids/mobility assistance equipment installed on the purchased vehicle by a qualified installation provider
  • A copy of the physician's statement identifying the specific need(s) for mobility assistance

The current owner's vehicle must be title/registered under his or her name, which must match the name of the purchaser's current driver's license, or the address on the title or registration must match the address on the purchaser's current driver's license or other proof of residency (e.g prior month's utility bill in name of purchaser's at current address, current property tax bill in name of purchaser at current address).

Mazda employees may provide a vehicle lease agreement from an active employee lease or a vehicle turn-in report. The vehicle must be purchased within 90 days of employee lease turn-in

Eligible Vehicles



All new and unused 2014, 2015, 2016, 2016.5 and 2017 Mazda vehicles.

Ineligible Vehicles



This program does not include:

  • Used vehicles
  • Vehicles which are intended for export or brokered units; C, L and P Code units; or any other commercial entities
  • 2013 or earlier model year Mazda vehicles; vehicles paid for exclusively through insurance; fleet vehicles; dealer daily rentals; buy-back vehicles; and/or vehicles that have model-year payoff incentives applied

Claims Process



To qualify for payment, the purchaser/lessee must complete the "Mobility Assistance Claim Form' and forward it along with all required documentation to mail to:
